We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and gladly accept a return of merchandise under the following conditions:

 

We will gladly accept a return of saleable merchandise in original condition within 60 days of purchase date accompanied by an original receipt. All returns accompanied by the original receipt will be credited to original form of payment. Saleable merchandise in original condition not accompanied by a receipt will be accepted and a merchandise credit will be issued for lowest price. 

Monogrammed and altered merchandise and special order clothing will not be accepted for a return or exchange.

Price Adjustments Policy

Price adjustments will be made within 7 days of the original purchase date with the original receipt.

Items bought on sale will not be subject to a price adjustment.

 

Items that are not eligible for return include:

Items 60% off or greater purchased Online and in store

Monogrammed or altered merchandise

Special Order and Made to Measure clothing

Sample Sale item

What is the exchange policy?

Currently, we do not offer a direct exchange service. 

In the event you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to receive a different product, you are most welcome to return your purchase for a refund to the original form of payment used when making your purchase.

 

How can I return or exchange outlet merchandise?

Outlet merchandise that you wish to return or exchange must be done in a Brooks Brothers Factory Outlet store. To find the nearest location, click here

If you want to return any Brooks Brothers Factory Outlet merchandise that is still within our return policy, you may:

    Bring the item(s) to a Brooks Brothers Factory Outlet store with your receipt. 

 

Can I return a gifted item?

We happily accept returns or exchanges for gifted items that are within our return policy and accompanied with the gift receipt. If there is not a receipt available, a merchandise credit for the last retail price will be issued.  

  • If you prefer to not visit a store location or choose to return the gift, a gift card will be issued and shipped to your address. Refunds are not issued to the purchaser, only the individual who makes the return
  • If you wish to exchange the item for a different color or size, it must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered

Items purchased internationally must be returned in the country in which the item was purchased.
